What is the Rejuvenite's Warranty?

Limited Warranty for RejuveNite® Retail Pillows

Latex International pillows have been manufactured to the highest quality standards in the bedding industry. LI warrants the pillow for the duration of the warranty, which it will repair, replace, or credit the latex pillow and/or cover should there be a defect in workmanship or material subject to the limitations contained in this warranty up to a maximum of:

5 Years Non Pro-Rated for RejuveNite® Branded Products

The limited warranty starts on the date of purchase and is only valid under the following circumstances:

1. Consumer must be the original purchaser
2. There must be a proof of purchase
3. Shipping must be provided or accept shipping costs to and from the nearest Latex International factory

The limited Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Loss of less than 1 inch of loft
2. Consumer preferred comfort
3. Damage caused by abuse or handling
4. Products found to be in unsanitary conditions

Latex International reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection by a Latex International employee or designated representative.

Body Impressions

The Latex pillow is designed to conform to an individual’s body. Your sleeping position may result in slight “ impressions”. This may be normal and not a structural defect. If these impressions are severe, (ie greater than 1 inch deep in the Latex), please contact a Latex International at (800) LATEX-US.

Limitations

Latex International makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Latex International is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of misusing or mishandling its product. Latex International does not warrant that this product is suitable for remedying any person’s medical conditions.
